This Community of Practice (CoP) is organized as part of the eMSP NSBR project (emerging ecosystem-based maritime spatial planning topics in the North and Baltic Sea Regions) and focuses on the learning strand ‘monitoring and evaluation’.
The aim of this meeting is to give a brief overview of existing toolboxes and approaches for national M&E. The intention is to start mapping what information and approaches are available to build on and to discuss how they might be used in practice. In addition, needs and gaps will be discussed. Last not least, to have some input from the EU COM on their recently published evaluation of Member States’ MSP plans, discussion with DG MARE will be organized.
The meeting is catered to the needs of MSP authorities, representatives of the blue economy sectors and representatives of the civic society that are engaged in MSP and Green Deal at the sea.
